I don’t know how else to define EIGHT if not “extremely elegant”
A game suitable for both experienced players and beginners, the materials are really well made, so durable that you could use them to put a nail in the wall.
A completely Italian board game that pays particular attention to design, details and the environment. It is a completely plastic free game, made with paper, wood, cardboard and cotton.
Recommended for children, families, casual, regular or expert players: we rarely consider that a game is truly suitable for everyone, but in this case we make an exception because we have tried it with various groups and types of players (aged 6 and up) and it was appreciated without reservation.
The materials are refined and spot on,the tiles and planks are thick and together with the pleasant wooden pawns give a touch of elegance to the whole, the card holder is always a welcome gem and everything is Plastic free.
It is definitely a beautiful game to watch, which is more random than a true abstract. It’s a solid game where, rather than advanced planning, you have to deal with situations that happen to you (especially with secret cards!)
You realize right from the opening of the box that OTTO is really a product made with great care, graphics, materials and packaging are truly at the top of the category.
The game is then simple to explain, beautiful to look at and fairly deep.
Otto Game Over presents the highest quality materials, which overall give a very high level of aesthetic elegance. As already mentioned, the game is a 100% abstract tile placement that bases its belief on a particular philosophy linked to numbers and geometry.
In Otto Game Over the design is taken to very high levels, both in the elegance and in the synthesis of the mechanics, with great depth, and in the components. It is difficult to find such a combination in the same game.

Otto Game Over is a game that is as aesthetically beautiful as it is simple to learn and rewarding and fun to play. There is no big strategy to apply, but this does not make it a trivial game also because a wrongly placed tile or a good use of a secret card is enough to create a slaughterhouse inside the game board and a discreet confusion among the players. .
